Halo Loan Xchange expands broker partnership program nationwide

Credentialed brokers across all 50 states can now receive priority listing notifications and earn commission at closing.

Halo Loan Xchange is expanding its broker partnership program to credentialed brokers in all 50 states, opening up a new channel for note sellers to reach a wider pool of qualified buyers.

Participating brokers gain access to priority listing notifications, allowing them to bring investor groups to new opportunities before they are broadly published. Brokers who source a successful buyer also earn a commission at closing, paid directly through the platform.

The program builds on a pilot that ran in select states earlier this year, which saw strong engagement from regional brokerages specializing in distressed SBA assets. During the pilot, participating brokers reported that priority access to new listings meaningfully improved their ability to match investor groups with opportunities that fit specific geographic or vertical mandates — something that was previously difficult to do consistently through informal broker networks and word-of-mouth deal flow.

Brokers joining the program go through a credentialing step to confirm licensing status before gaining access to priority notifications, and every broker-sourced deal is tracked end-to-end within the platform — from initial introduction through bid submission and closing — so commission attribution is transparent and disputes are minimized.

For note sellers, the expanded broker network represents a meaningful increase in addressable buyer demand without any additional listing effort required on their part. Every listing already published to the standard marketplace becomes automatically visible to the broker network under the same confidentiality terms that govern buyer access.

"Brokers have deep, trusted relationships with investor groups that don't always show up as active platform users day-to-day," said a member of the Halo Loan Xchange partnerships team. "Bringing them into the priority notification flow means sellers get access to that relationship capital without sacrificing the transparency and audit trail the platform is built around."

Interested brokers can apply through the Note Buyers section of the site. The application process includes verification of active brokerage licensure and a brief onboarding walkthrough of platform tools, including the broker network dashboard where commission status and referred-deal pipeline are tracked in real time.
