Halo Xchange Alerts is an institutional notification service, sent by Halo Xchange Corp. to verified, registered platform users who have opted in and provided a mobile number. Supported message types include: one-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification and authentication, account security notifications, listing notifications based on your saved preferences, account activity updates (bid status changes, access approvals, document availability), and customer support communications.

You may also disable SMS notifications at any time from your Account Settings page within the Halo Xchange portal.
