This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the rules and guidelines for accessing and using the Halo Xchange platform and all related services operated by Halo Xchange Corp.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access, scraping, or data harvesting
• Sharing login credentials or providing access to unauthorized individuals
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or content protections
• Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users
• Redistributing confidential listing data or documents outside the platform
• Interfering with platform operations or other users' access
• Automated querying or bot access without written authorization

3. Data Confidentiality

All listing data, financial information, bid details, and documentation accessed through Halo Xchange is confidential. Users agree not to disclose, share, or redistribute any platform data without explicit authorization from Halo Xchange Corp.

4. SBA Compliance

Users accessing SBA defaulted note data agree to comply with all applicable SBA regulations, including SOP 50 57 liquidation requirements, and to use platform data only for lawful institutional investment purposes.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access, role revocation, and potential legal action. Halo Xchange reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any policy violation.
